The Hunt Store, just 2 miles down the road from Stablewood, was established in 1946 and is a legendary destination. We’re proud our legacy continues today and hope you’ll stop by for a visit.

The best way to enjoy our legendary burger is hot and fresh off the grill, eating on our unique cypress tree plank tables, and enjoying the total Hunt Store experience!

We offer a variety of classic country menu items, including Philly cheesesteak, pizza, chicken sandwiches, tacos, salads, and more. Check out our menu plus we have specials and a variety of Hunt Hearty grab-and-go items, including warm sandwiches, tamales, egg rolls, wraps, chicken strips, and more.

The Hunt Store’s Café is affectionately called the “Hunt Rock Café” because it’s literally surrounded by walls made of cedar posts that grew in the hills surrounding Hunt and river stones pulled from the Guadalupe and said to have some mystical healing powers
